Dr. Su Wenjing, Professor of Fuzhou University, is the director of Fujian Maritime Culture Research Center, which was listed as a key provincial unit for think tank cultivation by the Leading Team Office for the Construction of New Think Tanks in Fujian in 2021. With marine culture and Fujianese merchants culture being her major research directions, her main monographs include: Cultural and Creative Industries: Theory and Practice, World Ocean Civilization: Origin, Development and Integration, On the Culture of Fujianese Merchants, and Interaction between the Region and the Globe: An Investigation into Southeast Chinese Literature from Ming Dynasty to Republic of China.
