Launching a batch of high-end manufacturing projects

On the morning of October 8, 20 major projects were started together in Changle District, Fuzhou. Among them, the Fumei Display Device Manufacturing Project, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, will be mainly engaged in LCD panel production. After being put into production, the project is expected to produce more than 3 million pieces of LCD panels yearly, making itself a global leading supplier of large-screen LCD panels.

The project of “Liandong U Valley - Fuzhou Yinghe” Smart Industrial Park, with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan, will produce hardware such as smart sensors, and develop their supporting software. The park will become a metropolitan industrial cluster integrating big data industries, cloud computing, and other manufacturing industries.

Achieving strong results in the construction of standardized industrial parks

According to information provided, in the core area of Binhai New Town, the Shouzheng Smart Industrial Park has seen the construction of its main structure in the phase of finalization and decoration. The park is expected to be fully completed by the end of January 2022. Located in the central area of the Big Data Industrial Park, the project is complementary to surrounding elements, in contribution to creating a innovative industrial park integrating production, research, target user service and exhibition.

Also, after two years of construction, the Fujian Zongteng Network R&D Center has recently been fully completed, and is going through acceptance inspection. As one of the key projects of Binhai New Town, it features a management center for cross-border logistics and warehousing, a R&D center for e-commerce technology, a center for product development and display, an e-commerce college, an e-commerce service center, etc., as well as the related supporting facilities.

Developing a high-end “ industry-university-research-users” cluster

At present, more than 660 enterprises have settled in the Southeast Big Data Industrial Park. The national-level Internet backbone direct connection point, the "No. 1 Strait Optical Cable", and other infrastructure products for big data industries have been completed. National-level platforms, such as the National Health and Medical Big Data Center and the Land and Resources Big Data Application Center and so on, have been invited into the area one after another ...The Binhai New Town is seeing its industry booming, and new driving forces added in.

In the Fujian Innovation Center for Precision Medicine Industries, the implemented projects are entering the building decoration phrase one after another. Among them, the cell industrial chain's production equipment for cell culture canning has been installed, and is waiting for the final acceptance inspection. According to a relevant staff member, the park has signed contracts for more than 30 projects on cell therapy, production platforms for bioactive-protein monoclonal antibody, and R&D and production platforms for clinical-grade cell culture products, etc.
