Online Meeting on the 5th Anniversary of
the Establishment of Friendship City Relationship
Between Fuzhou and Omsk Successfully Held
Fuzhou and Omsk City, its sister city in Russia, have successfully completed an online conference on the morning of November 24, in order to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the establishment of friendship city relationship between the two cities. Hang Dong, Vice Mayor of Fuzhou, and Elena Rusinova, Vice Mayor of Omsk City, attended the event and exchanged congratulatory messages. Reviewing the exchanges between the two cities in the fields of economy, trade and education in the past five years and looking forward to the future together, they are full of confidence in further deepening the cooperation between the two cities. Both proposed that the two cities should, standing at the new starting point of the 5th anniversary, expand exchanges and cooperation and work together to contribute to the friendly tie between China and Russia.
At the meeting, the departments of garden design, education and foreign affairs of the two cities had in-depth exchanges and reached a consensus on the next step of cooperation between the two sides. Witnessed by the vice mayors of the two cities, Minjiang Teachers College and Omsk College of Professional Skills signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
