On the afternoon of October 14, 2020, department representatives of Fuzhou and Naha gathered online to exchange views on further cooperation. The year 2021 marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of sister-city relation between Fuzhou and Naha. Centering on the theme of “Friendly Exchanges and Cooperation”, the two sides discussed the preliminary program for the 40th anniversary event. The two sides hope to take the 40th anniversary as an opportunity to deepen exchanges through high-level visits and exchanges in sports, education and other cultural and people-to-people areas.
