Association of District Coordination Committees of Nepal Established in 1990, Association of District Coordination Committees of Nepal (ADCCN) is an umbrella organisation of all 77 district coordination committees in Nepal, with offices in Kathmandu city. According to the constitution of Nepal, District Coordination Committee is also the local level Government as Municipality and Rural Municipality within Federal system of three tire Government. Association of District Coordination Committees of Nepal is involving for the assurance of people rights as they are the supreme power of the state as mentioned in constitution (Preamble of the federal constitution promulgated in 2015 AD) which has assured democratic federal governance system in Nepal. Elected representatives in all 77 districts are the members of Association of District Coordination Committees of Nepal. Association is committed for the strengthening local level governance and balanced development of the districts, intergovernmental coordination and strengthening relation for the mutual benefit and resource sharing.
