Mr. Alfred Nakatsuma serves as Senior Environment and Climate Change Advisor of PanAgora. He first joined the USAID in 1986 as project manager for USAID/Bolivia. He, then, continued to serve various USAID missions: Washington, Guatemala, Indonesia and Philippines. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Regional Environment Office at USAID’s Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) in Bangkok, Thailand. Apart from working for USAID, he has also taught in several universities in Guatemala, Bolivia, Indonesia, Japan and Philippines. He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, a M.A. in Economics and a M.Pl. in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Southern California.
