Dr. Xiong Li holds a bachelor's degree in Automation and a doctorate in Management Science and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China. Currently he serves as a rotating CEO of NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited, responsible for the overall operation and management of the company and in charge of the company's human resources, NetDragon College, public relations, art development, enterprise on-the-job training programs,etc. In November 2017, he was hired as the deputy director of the National Engineering Laboratory of the Intelligent Technology and Application in Internet Education.In January 2019, he was employed as the vice president of the China Research Institute for Big Data Applications in Education. He was once a senior manager of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited and China Mobile Communications Corporation, responsible for operating Shanda's unique game-playing management system and applying for intellectual property patents. During his employment with China Mobile Communications Corporation, a competency model was established under his lead and won the second prize of the National Management Innovation Award from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
