In addition, focusing on the development and utilization of Marine mineral resources, biological resources, renewable energy, and space resources, we will actively develop technologies such as deep-sea mineral development, offshore hydrogen production, and deep-sea combustible ice development. Joint local governments and relevant enterprises to jointly build a blue Marine economic complex.
