On July 30, 2019, a delegation of the Secretariat of 21st-Century Maritime Cooperation Committee visited Foreign Affairs Office of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government to exchange views with the UCLG-ASPAC Committee on the Belt and Road Local Cooperation Committee (the BRLC) on multilateral and international cooperation in cities. Both sides shared their working experience and practices in integrating into the the Belt and Road Initiative, and had in-depth discussions on giving full play to the role of the secretariats as a platform to serve local openness.
